Day 1: Depart from Nairobi to Masai Mara Masai Mara

You will depart from Nairobi in the morning, travelling through the scenic Great Rift Valley, where you can enjoy panoramic views during a brief stop. Upon arrival at Masai Mara, you will check into your lodge or camp and have lunch before setting out for an afternoon game drive. The vast plains of the Mara are home to a wide range of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and cheetahs. After an exciting introduction to the reserve, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-Day Safari in Masai Mara – Big Five & More

An early morning game drive offers a chance to witness predators in action as the sun rises over the savannah. The day will be spent traversing different areas of the park, stopping for a picnic lunch by the Mara River, where hippos and crocodiles thrive. An optional visit to a Maasai village provides insight into the rich culture and traditions of the Maasai people. Later in the evening, after another game drive, you will return to your lodge or camp for dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru – Flamingo Paradise

After an early breakfast and a short morning game drive, you will depart Masai Mara and head to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arriving in time for lunch, you will check in at your lodge before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is famous for its flamingos, which paint the shores pink, as well as for rhinos, leopards, and the rare Rothschild giraffe. You will enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake and its surrounding landscapes before returning to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Amboseli – Mount Kilimanjaro Views

The day begins with breakfast and, if time allows, a short morning game drive before departing for Amboseli. The drive takes you through Kenya’s picturesque countryside, with a stop for lunch en route. You will arrive in Amboseli in the late afternoon, where you will embark on a short introductory game drive, offering your first glimpses of the park’s wildlife against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afterward, you will check in at your lodge or camp, enjoy dinner, and settle in for the night.

Day 5: Full-Day Safari in Amboseli – Elephants & Scenic Landscapes

A full day of exploring Amboseli starts with an early morning game drive, where you can capture stunning views of the sun rising over Mount Kilimanjaro. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, as well as lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. A visit to Observation Hill provides panoramic views of Amboseli’s diverse landscapes, including its swamps, grasslands, and dry lake beds. After another game drive in the late afternoon, you will return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 6: Amboseli to Nairobi – Farewell to the Wild

After an early morning game drive and breakfast, you will bid farewell to Amboseli and begin your journey back to Nairobi. You will arrive in the afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of a thrilling safari experience filled with incredible wildlife encounters and stunning landscapes.
